CALIFORNIA SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (2012) (the "Act") was designed to encourage manufacturers and larger retailers to provide consumers with information regarding their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains, to educate consumers on how to purchase goods produced by companies that responsibly manage their supply chains, and thereby, to improve the lives of victims of slavery and human trafficking.

Revolve Group, Inc. ("REVOLVE", "we", "our", or "us"), recognizes and supports the Act and therefore makes the following disclosures:

REVOLVE is committed to fair labor practices within our supply chain. REVOLVE's direct suppliers have been notified of REVOLVE's policy of enforcing and supporting the purpose of the Act and, by accepting a purchase order from REVOLVE, they certify that they will comply with our vendor guides, which prohibit slavery and human trafficking.

REVOLVE's Code of Conduct holds personnel accountable for ensuring compliance and ethical standards in REVOLVE's domestic and international business. REVOLVE also maintains a compliance "hotline" that all personnel are instructed to use in the event that violations of law or policies are suspected and/or detected.

REVOLVE remains committed to serving its customers in a way that helps, not hurts the people and communities involved in its business. We welcome your input on this important issue. Written requests from consumers for a copy of this statement, or other information related to the above, may be obtained by emailing us at legal@revolve.com.
