This is a beautiful dress, and I was so happy to get it on sale. True to Zhivago, the material is very thick. So it's important to get it altered to fit tight. I am 35-26-35 (32DD) 5'3" 120lbs and bought a size 4. It fit perfectly tight up top, but I will probably still use body tape because of the lack of structure. Below that, I'll have to have it taken in to fit like the model. If the bottom is not tight, the material puckers at your stomach for an unflattering look. The pockets cause that.
