The sandal is very beautiful and elegant however quite heavy and snugg and I would recommend you going up 1/2 a size up your regular size to have it fit better and not hurt your fit. It will take a moment to break in as a shoe, so if you are willing to put in the work I would say get it as it so a very beautiful and different sandal. Much like Fendi designs that I have seen in the past. That being said it is made in Portugal, not in Italy as I was expecting. I do not mind the country, but the quality. The price should match the quality given that the shoe does not have the caliber of an italian well made designer item it should not carry same price as an Italian designer shoe. I compare here with Ferragamo, Gucci, Fendi, etc. which I have in my summer collection. They are super light and fit like a glove. This one is super heavy and not the quality I was expecting given that I paid 500+. I do not regret getting it but I would be careful to buy from this brand in the future. I would classify Cult Gaia at those "wanna be" brands that have a long way to go to make it to the top.

I would like to comment that I was very disappointed with the condition the shoes have arrived in this morning- I have taken photos to show that they have definitely been worn as the back was quite dirty and look used. Considering the price of these shoes one does expect to get the shoes in a new, unworn and pristine condition. Even the metal heels has smudge marks. I think
