This dress is so beautiful, the colors are vibrant but not garish, and it fits like a dream. The top is flattering on small chest (w/a bit of lift which is nice), the straps are adjustable, the length will need hemming on almost anyone but it's only 1 layer (roses) plus a pink lining that might not need hemming depending on your height. Ultimately was too formal for the summer wedding I was attending, but would be perfect for anything black tie.
