So I've used this shampoo for three weeks in a row. I liked it so much that I bought the conditioner to go with it. I would recommend using this shampoo for one to two washes if you're a weekly wash girl, but using it more than that, it can be drying for your hair. I have noticed less shedding since using this shampoo, but I do notice I need to put more oil in my hair so I'll be cutting back to using this one to two washes out of the month, but I definitely have seen a huge growth spurt and my bangs are longer. My hair is healthier and when I comb and brush my hair, it's not clumps of hair coming out anymore.
