Was looking for a tote to replace the free straw one I had but loved. My check boxes were:- Vertical (tall) not horizontal (wide) so it fits comfortable along my body when walking- Structured so it stands on its own for easily placing items in and taking them out- zips close so I stop losing things on airplanes- double strap to carry or put around my shoulder for hands-free using BUT did not have weird additional straps that add weight or get in the way (the crossbody strap is an accessory and I didn't attach it)So it checks them all! Plus the laptop pocket protects my 13" macbook pro so now I don't need that sleeve anymore. Pretty good upgrade!I wish it came in a tan/brown color. The creme was beautiful but I knew putting it down often would mean maintenance to clean so I got black.
