I agree with other reviewers. This does run, comparatively, a tad small. The fit is sung with my regular Size M. But the snug fit is still flattering with the ruching at the waistline. Size up if you have broader shoulders or larger bust. I'm 5'6", 32 DDD, 28" waist, I'm average through the shoulder area (~16.5 inches shoulder to shoulder). The medium fit quite snug but works well with a shapewear piece underneath for smooth lines. The sleeve length fit me the same as shown on the model (~22 inches from shoulder to wrist). This is an elevated basic top to go casual or go dressed up with a blazer.
