I loved this piece so much, however I had to return it because the small was too tight on me. I wear a size 27 jean but I have a very bigger butt and thats where the problem was. I also have short legs and a long torso so it made the fit a bit off as well. BUT it was SOOO flattering otherwise and I think it would fit someone who is petite.
